Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Mammography Technician, you will:

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in accordance with ACR and FDA regulations

• Ensure image quality, accuracy, and patient comfort throughout procedures

• Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to ensure optimal workflow and patient care

• Maintain equipment and assist in quality assurance and accreditation readiness

• Mentor and train junior technologists as needed

• Document procedures accurately in EMR/PACS systems

• Adhere to all radiation safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) and (M) certifications required

• Texas MRT license or eligibility to obtain

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mammography; senior or lead tech experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of MQSA and ACR requirements

• Excellent communication, technical, and patient service skills
