Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Nursing Director – Adult Acute Services, you will:

• Lead and manage nursing operations across multiple adult acute care units
• Develop strategic goals to improve patient care outcomes, quality metrics, and staff satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with medical staff, department heads, and senior executives
• Lead initiatives for recruitment, retention, education, and performance improvement
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for acute care units
• Serve as a mentor and role model for nurse managers and frontline staff

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Montana (or eligibility to obtain)
• BSN required; MSN, MBA, or MHA strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in acute care settings
• Demonstrated success in managing clinical operations, quality improvement, and team development
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and executive leadership skills
