Current: 2 CNCs, 24 Nurses (including those on orientation), 7 PCT + 2 Contract PCTs, 0 Unit Secretary. Type of staff: o Day/night Shift 1 CNC 4 – 5 NURSES depending on Patient Need and 2 PCTs, 1 Unit Secretary Patient Ratios 1:5, 1:6 Type of equipment – Welch Alyn Vital Signs Machine, Dash Bedside Monitor, Telemetry, BiPapp EMR – Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Experience with administering and monitoring IV Cardiac drips i.e. Dilitizem and Amiodorone Basic ECG rhythm interpretation Management of Continuous Bipapp Post Cardiac Catherization/Stent implant management Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Acute Cardiac Care Acute Stroke Care List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: N/A REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS, BLS Floating Area(s): IMU and any med/surg telemetry units.
