As a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH), our partner facility cares for patients requiring extended hospitalization. These patients face complex medical conditions and need intensive, coordinated treatment.
Multidisciplinary teams of physicians, nurses, therapists, dietitians, social workers, case managers, and pharmacists work together to support holistic, patient-centered care. Families are actively involved in the care planning process, ensuring individualized treatment approaches for optimal recovery.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide night-shift supervision and support for clinical staff across all units
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered nursing care
• Coordinate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on patient needs and staff assignments
• Act as a resource for critical clinical decisions and emergency response situations
• Support compliance with all regulatory standards, documentation, and hospital policies
• Mentor, coach, and empower night shift team members in their clinical and professional growth

What You’ll Bring:
• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care or LTACH experience required
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and team communication skills
• A passion for complex care and staff development
