Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour.**- # Beds: M/S 11.- Nurse:Patient Ratios: Dependent of patient acuity usually no more than 6:1.- Are RN’s required to titrate drips: Yes.- Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Dilt.- Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit? Are RN’s required to read their own strips? What brand are the tele monitors?: No, No, GE (we have remote monitoring, would be helpful if RN is able to understand the strip).- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: Yes/ Yes (The house Supervisor is one of the scheduled floor RNs).- Are there Nurse Aides on this unit/Ratios: Pt/RN/CNA (1/1/0) (2/1/0-1) (3/1/0-1) (4/1/1) (5/1/1) (6/1/1) (7/2/1) (8/2/1) (9/2/1) (10/2/1) (11/2/1) If acuity is high we may call in extra staff.- RT/Equipment: Cpap, Bipap, Vents nebs we have no RTs at this time.- Shifts & Scheduling: 0645-1915 1845-0715 (I am very flexible and work with the staff depending on needs).- Weekend Requirements: Every third.- Holiday Requirements: Every third Christmas Eve is in the rotation.- Is there Call or a Standby requirement?: Yes if census is low people take call.- Floating Requirements?: Usually RNs are able to work ER and Med Surge.- Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs Provided?: Scrubs not provided and no color code.- Unit/Department Specific Orientation: Varies on skills.*MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield.
