Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: Yes- Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios: Yes, 12 – 1- RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc): Nasal, face masks, bipap- Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit? No, it is monitored on the 3rd floor – Are RNs required to read their own strips? No- What brand are the tele monitors?: Space Lab- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): Yes to self-scheduling- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend- Holiday Requirements: Yes- Is there call or a standby requirement?:.
