BILL RATE – $95 – D/N ROTATION – 36HRS/WK48 beds of step-down level of care for cardiology, EP, and cardiac surgical patients.Cardio Thoracic surgical patients, pre and post CHF, telemetry, vascular, Pulmonary HTN, temporary pacersRN Patient ratios on days and nights: Days 1:3, Nights 1:4-5, depending on acuityMUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 1.5YRS OF RECENT EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE.MedSurg:- Chest tubes- Tubes- Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone- Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients- Trachs/Laryngectomies- Telemetry- Complex wounds- Central Lines care and maintenance and blood drawsStepdown:- Hemodynamic monitoring- Invasive BP monitoring through arterial lines- Nitro, primacor, dobutamine, dopamine drips- Bi-PAP/ C-PAP- Low dose pressors, vasoactive meds, and inotropes- Trachs- Complex wounds- Lines/ tubes/ drains for post-surgical patients- External pacers, epicardial wires, TR bandsRequired Credentials:- NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required)- BLS- ACLS
