All references must be from the past year who has worked with resource in the past year Tenure Policy for all Travel Roles (excluding Interim Leadership and RNFA roles): 18 months with a 3-month break in service required. Drug Screening: If the candidate’s drug screen results come back “diluted” or positive, and cannot be cleared by the MRO, the candidate assignment will be canceled.
