Description: Specialty: PCUFacility: Carondelet St. Mary’s HospitalState License: AZCerts/Licenses: Years of Experience: Shift: AM 12 HrsGuaranteed Hours: Description: – START DATE: ASAP weekly starts- SHIFT: 12hr days, 0700-1930- BILL RATE: $78.74- Weekend Requirement: ?yes- Float requirement: ?within skillset if needed- LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 13- ADDITIONAL INFO: navy blue scrubs- 21 bed, 1:4 Ratio- Age Groups of Patients: Adults and Geriatric- Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: CHF; Afib w/RVR; Hypoxia/SOB; S/P CCLV; S/P CABG/Valve with chest tube/epicardial wires; S/P endarterectomy; BiPAP or CPAP; vapotherm; stable airway/tracheostomy (not requiring frequent suctioning); A-lines; S/P PPM/ICD insertion; S/P VATS/Thoracotomy- Any special procedure done on the unit? Arterial sheath removal; Invasive hemodynamic monitoring; Thrombolytic administration. Assessment activities or therapeutic interventions every 2-4 hours; CHEETAH monitoring- Common Equipment: Vapotherm (high flow) O2; A-lines; TR bands; IV pumps; wound vacs; Chest tubes; epicardial wires with pacer box; PCA; epidural- Titrate Vasoactive Drips- Nicardipine; Nitroglycerin up to 100mcg; Amiodorone bolus/gtt; Dopamine; (Dobutamine/Milrinone @ set rates)- Float to NSO, ON, and Tele as needed RatePlan:2022 Arizona Incentive
