Call back minimum is 2 hours Required Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS Minimum Experience: 1 Year Medical Surgical Rehab experience (a plus but not required) – OR – nurses with M/S background. Experience REQUIRED in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC). Charting Experience Required : Epic Preferred Required Skillset: Rehab Knowledge Primary Cases; Stroke, Trauma, Debility, amputation, Cardiac Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):12 beds Inpatient Rehab Patient Ratio 1:4-1:6 PM 1:8 Nights Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates Scrub Colors: any colorGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.
