Maintains responsibility for the implementation of the philosophy, goals, and standards of the Department of Nursing. Formulates and monitors capital, personnel, and operating budgets. Directs staffing and scheduling of personnel. Supervises employees in the delivery of care. Plans and coordinates orientation and educational needs of the staff.
