Hillside Wichita, Ks 67214 Floor: 4 Building: 3 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 29 Number of Staff 20 Type of staff: Day Shift 1 CNC/charge and 3-4 RNs Night Shift 1CNC/charge 2-3 RNs Patient Ratios 4-6:1 Type of equipment – EMR – Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. RN license Previous MS experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. OB experience Med-surg experience GYN experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Post-operative Gynecological surgeries, Urogynecology surgeries, ectopic pregnancies, high risk pregnancies requiring hospitalization ( PPROM, PreEclampsia, Previa, PTL etc.) Fetal monitoring (NSTs), GYN oncology post op, women s health med-surg, post-partum NICU moms, or readmitted Post-Partum complications Best personality Fit: Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
