Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS from AHA only Required Certifications: TNCC Years of Experience: 1 year PACU & 1 year stepdown, inpatient only Float Requirements: Heart Hospital PACUUnit Information: Number of Beds: 26 Patient Ratios: 1:2 Equipment: pumps, drains, etc EMR: EPICHiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year PACU and 1 year stepdown, inpatient only Preferred Skillset/Experience: EPIC experience Type of Patients on Unit: Surgical Personality Fit: quick learner, team playerDress Code: Scrub Color: Black Any unacceptable attire: anything but scrubsAdditional Information:Under the direction of a physician order, plans and implements specific physical/occupational therapy evaluation and treatment plan programs. The treatment is based on the patient s physical, developmental and psychosocial needs. Provides advisory service to other team members to provide quality patient care. Functions under the direct supervision of the Director and Assistant Director. Performs related duties as assigned.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Must have general knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles for a diverse number and types of diagnoses.Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Patient care may include heavy lifting and extensive bending and standing. Physical demands are attached plus push at 40 lbs., pull 60 lbs., and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally. Equipment Used: May occasionally work with office equipment; i.e. copy machines, telephones, computer.
