Unit staffed until 9:30 pm Night Shift call shifts only. Call is required. Patient Ratios 2:1 Type of equipment Phillips monitors EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Large variety of surgical cases, with a large volume of complex surgeries. ICU cases go directly to ICU unless it is full Best personality Fit: Flexible, able to work between both units Likes to have fun at work! Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Staff are expected to float between both units and to take call. We have one nurse in a call only position M-TH nights to reduce night shift call. We have a high functioning team of exceptional nurses who all work between the 2 units. There is a great deal of collaboration between the units.
