PALS, BLS Previous PICU experience- vents, drips Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. NICU experience 1-2 years PICU experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): HFNC/patients with respiratory illnesses EMU seizure monitoring Variety of PICU diagnosis, no endocrine service, no ecmo, no trauma services (level 4 trauma) Best personality Fit: Team-player, flexible Positive, open for feedback Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
