Description: Specialty: PICUFacility: Mary Bridge Children’s HospitalState License: WACerts/Licenses: Years of Experience: Shift: 12H NightsGuaranteed Hours: 36Description: firm 5/4 startSIMPLIFI CLINICAL INTERVIEWINGExperience required: 2 yearsSkills required: aseptic and sterile techniques, basic dressing changes, ventilator and trach management, suctioning, g-tube/j-tube management, feeding tubes, chest tubes, epidurals, PCAs,drip management, Foley insertion and management, discharge skills, CRRT experience with Prismax preferred; CICU experience preferredRequired Certifications: BLS, PALSConsider first-time Traveler: Yes Patient Types: respiratory patients (high flow, CPAP, BiPAP), trachs, chemo, RSV, asthma, Covid; medical: MIS-C, new onset diabetes with insulin drips, chronically ill, oncology; trauma (falls, MVAs, etc.); cardiovascular congenital heart defects patients (will stay from surgery until discharge); Stat category 1, 2, 3, occasionally 4; surgical appys, g-tubes, ENT, fresh trachs, bowel obstructions, broken bones, VP shunts, cardiac, neuro; NO solid organ transplant, major burns, stem cell transplant; tier 3 during COVID surge: provide care up to age 30 (extremely rare); any bad facial wounds, eye injuries or penetrating trauma will go to Level 1 Trauma Center- Harborview; ECMO (ECMO specialist will deal with the ECMO machine); CRRT -traveler can take if have had previous experience and train with the Priamax (fairly low volume seen on the unit so likely will got to core staff); use PrismaxEMR: Epic (preferred)Floating: MedSurg or to ED as Helping Hands or Constant ObserverScheduling: every other weekend rotationShift times: Days: 0700-1900; Nights: 1900-0700Scrub Color: any, no hooded shirts/long sleeves must be able to be pull above elbowLevel II trauma center in newly opened facility 5/2026 with 16 PICU beds (interchangeable overflow between MS and PICU where PICU is mixed with neuro, cardiac, respiratory, surgical, medical) Program name:SimpliFi Travel
