Epic experience required preferred within the last 12 months Licensure and Certification: Traveler must have Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or compact license from their permanent address state. BLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY PALS – must be certified through American Heart Association Education: Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred. Telemetry Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start. Problems include: acute head injuries, critical neurological disorders, pulmonary diseases, cardiac anomalies, organ transplantation, multi system organ failure, and ECMO. Minimum Requirements: Facility Requirement: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.
