Licensure and Certification: Traveler must have Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or compact license from their permanent address state. BLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY PALS – must be certified through American Heart Association Education: Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred. Telemetry Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Join our remarkable highly skilled and committed multidisciplinary team, to provide family-centered care to critically ill or injured children and their families in this state-of-the art 21-bed unit. Provide comprehensive care for patients admitted with a wide variety of both medical and surgical problems. Problems include: acute head injuries, critical neurological disorders, pulmonary diseases, cardiac anomalies, organ transplantation, multi system organ failure, and ECMO. Facility Requirement: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location. Floating – Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.
