General CommentsUnit Information: J6 Orthopedics Location: Mission Hospital Address: 509 Biltmore Ave Asheville NC 28801 Floor: J6 Building: Mission Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 32 individual rooms Number of Staff 50 Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, 1-2 LPNs, 3 PCTs, & 1 HUC o Night Shift 1 charge RN, 5 RNs, 1-2 LPNs, 2PCTs, & 1 HUC Patient Ratios Day shift 5:1(6:1 stretch) Night shift 6:1 (7:1 stretch) Type of equipment Walkers, Bedside Commode, Bladder Scanners, CPM, Sky lifts, Sara Stedy, Sara Lift, Maxi Move, vital sign machine, hover mat, bair hugger, & Wheelchairs EMR – Cerner Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. NC License BLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
