There will be no exceptions on this requirement and it may cause pushed/delayed starts if not attended to in a prompt manner P/F Testing: RNs will be required to take a pass/fail Tele exam during orientation. Passing score is an 80%. Most RNs are only allowed 1 attempt. If they do not pass, they will be dismissed and canceled from their assignment. L D RNs are allowed 3 attempts before cancelation.
