If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift. Special Requirements: Will work with all service lines except CV. General OR and Trauma experience required. Cerner experience preferred. Level I trauma experience required. Required Bariatric Case Experience: Laparoscopic assisted cases. Required General Surgery Case Experience: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Whipple. Required Neurology Case Skills/Experience: Cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion. Required Orthopedic Case Skills/Experience: Arthroscopy, Carpal Tunnel release, Closed reduction of fractures, Open reduction of fractures. Required Plastic Surgery Case Skills/Experience: Free Flap – Microvascular. Required Transplant Skills/Experience: Organ donation. Required Urology Case Skills/Experience: Cystoscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy. Required Trauma Case Skills/Experience: Amputations, Gunshot/stab wounds, MVA (multiple injuries).
