We are seeking a?Registered Nurse?to: Involve the Operating Room multidisciplinary team to plan for patient care in the Operating Room in a timely manner. ?Communicate and coordinate Operating Room activities to facilitate efficiency in the surgical case progression and turnover between cases. Facility Requirement: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location. Floating – Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract. The following criteria must be met in two attempts: Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms: Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3 rd degree heart blocks [1 incorrect answer will cause failure] Passing score of 80% or higher Pediatric Exam Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, and sinus bradycardia Passing score of 80% or higher Attempts: Traveler will have two attempts to pass. If the individual does not pass on the second attempt their contract may be cancelled.
