Worth 76177 Floor: First Floor OR Building: Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 7 Number of Staff 3 Type of staff: Day Shift 1 OR RN and 2 CST s Night Shift – 0 Patient Ratios 4 to 5 cases per team Type of equipment – None EMR NA On Call Requirement 4 to 5 Call Days at MCAL Floating Requirement Share staff between Surgical Hospital and Alliance campus Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. RN Circulator who can position patient on hospital bed, prep, position for surgery and monitor all equipment CST who can perform Ortho, Plastics and Podiatry Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. At least 3 years of experience for Circulators and CST s Not requesting time off List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Total joints, hip replacement, Tibia and Fibula surgeries, ankles and feet, mid foot joints Plastics, breast reduction and expansions, Robotic XI and DV5 and Breast reconstruction Diep Flats Best personality Fit: Positive, hard worker and will take trauma call at main Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
