In addition to direct patient care, this role is also heavily involved in the complex case management needs of these patients, including coordination of care between different specialties services, and close clinical monitoring.While this is not an ICU or ED setting, candidates with ICU and/or ED experience are beneficial due to their strong assessment skills, ability to recognize and respond to acute changes in patient condition, and experience managing higher-acuity patients in this fast-paced environment.General Information:Minimal experience required: 1.5 years of RN/LPN experience (facility requirement);Manager will accept acute care MedSurg experience (ED or ICU Experience)Previous General Surgery and Bariatrics experience (preferred)Manager will accept acute care MedSurg experienceWill you accept a first-time traveler?
