Description: Specialty: MedSurg / TelemetryFacility: Concord HospitalState License: New HampshireCerts/Licenses: Years of Experience: Shift: 12hr Nights 12x3Guaranteed Hours: 36 WeeklyDescription: HWL Requisition:Concord Hospital-R23188 Looking for ASAP start dates through mid-January Start dates\r\nWill accept 13 to 26-wk assignments, and will do either 36 or 48-hr guarantees\r\nSubmission Requirements:\r\nWILL TAKE LOCALS – Local rate (less than 50 miles)\r\nUp to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in (specialty) and documents travel experience.\r\n2 recent (specialty) Charge/Manager RN References\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics\r\nActive NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission\r\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nEMR- Cerner Must have recent Experience w/in the last 12 months\r\nCurrent Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start., ACLS preferred\r\nWill need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% \r\n\r\n1-2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary.
