EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.Our Renal Unit is a 36-bed unit that cares for our patients with kidney-related conditions, such as acute or chronic kidney disease that sometimes requires renal replacement therapy. Nurses in this area have a 1:6 ratio and specialize in post-hemodialysis and ongoing peritoneal dialysis. This unit values robust collaboration with community nephrologists, family practice providers, and hospitalists to offer the best care possible for our renal patients.
