There are two Comfort Care Suites for end-of-life patients. Fit testing : *Travelers must have facial hair that allows for proper testing or will be expected to shave. No exceptions SSN a valid SSN is required by all candidates at time of submittal. DOB required RTO: RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first week of an assignment.
