Minimum 3 years of experience and current New York State license required. Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Cert. Must have EPIC experience. Travel experience preferred. Critical drip and CVA experience a plus. Caregivers will be deployed from the Care Coordinator Center to where they are needed. Will spend time in ER for ER hold patients. This will be set up as a 13 week PER DIEM Contract with 0 guaranteed hours. LOCAL CAREGIVERS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY FOR PER DIEM NEEDS. COUNTY RESTRICTIONS LIFTED FOR PER DIEM. **Caregiver must commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per month**Requirements: At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment. CHARTING: EPIC. – Day shift 1:4-5, Night Shift 1:5-6 – 40 beds – The patient population is adult and geriatric – Types of services are provided for the medical/surgical inpatient, with a focus on patients requiring telemetry monitoring, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, critical drugs and critical drips – Basic Life Support (BLS) required. – Candidates that have worked as staff at this facility in the past year will not be considered and candidates that have worked full time as staff within AMC network (AMC, GFH, Saratoga and CMH) within the past six months will not be considered.
