On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA Required Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS Minimum Experience: 1 Year Inpatient Palliative Care preferred- 2 yrs MS experience REQUIRED Charting Experience Required : Epic required Required Skillset: Med/Surg skill set required, experience in Palliative Care/Hospice would be helpful Primary Cases: Palliative, Comfort/Hospice, Med/Surg Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 10 bed unit. 2 RN s and 1 C.NA per 10 patients. 5:1 RN ratio Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates Scrub Colors: any color Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours travelers can be put on call during the 36 hours of unbillable low census. If called back in, they will have call back pay. GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
