Description: Specialty: Med SurgFacility: ThedaCare – AppletonState License: WICerts/Licenses: Years of Experience: Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AMGuaranteed Hours: Description: M/S RN 6th Floor – 12 hr NOCS – ThedaCare Appleton – Appleton, WI *Clinical Interview Services***PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED – No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI**Contract Length: 13 weeksStart Date: ASAPGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 36Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCS **any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absencePrimary location: ThedaCare Appleton 6th FloorWeekend: Every other Holiday Requirements: Holiday rotation Float Requirements: Floating mostly between 6th/7th floor (MS/Oncology) – Floating throughout the facility and to all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius as neededOn Call/Call Back Requirements: NoneRequired certifications: WI RN License & AHA BLS (required); AHA ACLS & ONC (preferred) Minimum 3+ years RN experience REQUIRED Minimum 2+ years Med/Surg experience & able to interpret basic telemetry rhythms REQUIREDCharting Experience: EPIC within the last 2 year REQUIRED Patient Ratio 6th/7th floor: 1:5-6 with support staff, Ratios decreased to 1:3-4 with Primary care/Chemo Admin Beds: 6th floor (medical patients) – 15 beds & 7th floor (higher acuity) – 21 beds. Patient Population: Medical and Oncology PatientsScrub Colors: BlackNo new travelers – at least one completed contract REQUIRED8hrs unbillable orientation GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
