Every other Holiday, as applicable.On Call/Call Back Requirements: Travelers can be placed on call during low census hours in which they will get on call pay.Floating: must be willing to float to Aspirus Merrill, Wausau, Medford, and Stanley.Required Certifications: WI RN license, BLS, ACLS required in hand at time of submission. Highly prefer a candidate that is able to read and interpret Tele. Prefer travel experienceMinimum Experience: 2+ years Med Surg experienceCharting Experience: Epic preferredUnit Specific Skillset: Excellent assessment skills.Unit Overview (Patient ratio, Bed Size, etc.): 16 beds, nurse patient ratio varies by shift but typically nurse patient ratio typically typically 4-5 on days, 5-6 pm and 6-7 noc. 3 RN days, 3 on pms and 2 on nightsScrubs : any colorContract is eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hoursTravelers can be put on call for low census hours. The on-call hours that travelers are placed on will count toward the 36 low census unbillable hours. If the traveler is called back to the facility, they will be able to receive call back pay. Call back minimum is 2 hours.During Flu Season any traveler that declines to be flu and covid vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times. There is no exception to this Aspirus policy. Failure to adhere to the policy will result in corrective action.
