Primary Location: Aspirus Iron RiverShift Requirements: Variable D/NShift start and end times: 7a-7p, and 7p-7aFloat Requirements (campuses and/or units): float to ED within competency requiredOn Call/Call Back Requirements:?Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hoursWeekend/Holiday Rotation Requirements: every other weekend/ holidayRequired Licenses and Certifications: Current MI RN license and AHA BLS. ACLS is preferred but not required.Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty): Experienced MS RN 2 + years. Must have ICU and ER experience. Strong Charting Experience: Care Scape patient monitors, , Epic EMR, Pyxis for medication dispersion.General Job Duties: general nursing skills. Generally will see geriatric patients with CHF or COPD, Diabetic Unit Information (Bed size, Case types, Patient ratios, etc.): Med Surg, a 25 bed unit Patient Ratio Day 1:4-1:5 NOC 1:6 average Scrub Colors required: Any colored scrubsFor winter start dates, candidates with demonstrated contract experience in colder climates (Midwest, Northeast, Mountain regions, etc.) are preferred to ensure reliability through weather events.GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate PREFERRED EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS:every other SHIFT NOTES:day/night variables BEDS:25 Certifications:BLS : Required
