Description: Specialty: ICUFacility: KS Olathe Medical CenterState License: KSCerts/Licenses: Years of Experience: Shift: 12h NightGuaranteed Hours: Description: Subcontractor Note:Location: Critical Care Unit 2033 West 151st Street Olathe, KS 66061Class/Area: ICU RNBill Rate: $88.50 before 5% admin feeStart Date: 6/8Scheduled details: 12hr Nights; 1900-0730 x3 shifts per weekThis is an ICU/PCU Hybrid contract as they are sister unitsMixed Critical Care unit (Neuro/Spine/Cardiac/Medical/Surgical Patient Mix)-RN ratio is 2:1 with Critical patients, flex to 3:1Experience Requirements: 2 years recent exp in Critical Care/Intensive Care Unit minimum, Must have experience with balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, open hearts,(MUST HAVE FOR NIGHTS) drawing own labs, PICC, no vascular access team, call on own consults, conduct own codes(must be comfortable) License/ Certification Requirements: KS RN or Compact RN License along with BLS, ACLS, & NIHFloating: Will be expected to float to PCU/CCU and all inpatient units- Med/surge, Med/tele, Acute/tele, and ED with prior experience Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend requiredOn-Call Requirements: NoneHoliday Requirements: Based on unit needs; unit will need holiday coveragePlease note that we are asking all clinicians not to request time off during the World Cup (June 11 July 19). If your candidate has any RTO during this timeframe, please ensure it is minimal, as managers may not be able to approve these requests.Orientation Requirements: THP will attend the fist 2 days of orientation at the KUKC Campus, on day 3 THP will attend Olathe orientation and Director of Nursing training, Day 4 Olathe Director of Nursing training, Day 5 THP will attend virtual Epic training Creds Due: Monday prior to Monday startNotes: Will start on Monday at NEO at main campus, 8 hours non-billable ori | TUKHS is a nicotine-free facility | Bi-weekly pay period | Client is allowed the cancellation of one shift per 2-week pay period at no cost to the client and no pay to the employee.
