Floating can and will be prescheduled.On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hoursWeekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS- NIHSS Preferred Minimum Experience: 2 years, one travel assignment preferred (not required) Unit: 10 bed unit- ICU and IMC: MS unit 34 bedsRatio 1:2 in ICU; 1:3-1:4 for IMC and MS 1:5-1:6Charting Experience: EPIC preferred. Scrub Colors: any color scrubsGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hoursDuring flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.
