Nurses must exhibit high levels of professional competency. The nurses work to collaborate with all disciplines of the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Our team is dedicated to making our patient s experience pleasant and comfortable in a safe and secure environment.Education – Required Associated degree in nursingCertifications Required AHA ACLS AHA BLS AHA NIHOr Red CrossCertifications – Preferred PALS If working in pediatric unitLicenses Required Registered Nurse State of Alabama or compact license (No Temp Licenses’ accepted) NursysExperience – Required: 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of RECENT experience in the field of specialty.
