We are split between 2 floors and have great staffing most times.Unit Size/Beds: 32 Beds Expected Ratios: 1:2 or 1:1 if the acuity requires 1:1 Cases seen: SEPSIS, ESRD & AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH. Post cardiac arrest care, Respiratory Failure Years of Exp preferred: 1 Year in a Level 1 ICU otherwise 2 Years Preferred experience in MICU setting. Certifications required: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS (Both Through American Heart Association). Any additional details that may help the agency with recruitment and onboarding/compliance : Looking for strong ICU nurses with good backgrounds.
