MAX ATTEMPTS IS 2****There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation. *Surgical ICU – Trauma Neuro Surgery# Beds32Nurse:Patient Ratios1:2, 1:1Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?)BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Level 1 trauma Center, Falls, GSW, blunt trauma, MVAs, trauma patients over age of 15. Ex-lap, crani, speciality neuro-surgery cases. Level 1 experience or neuro experience not required but preferred.
