If hcp declines, a mask must be worn at all times, with the exception of mealtimes. ORIENTATIONS: Tupelo – RN/LPN Every Wednesday ATTIRE: Scrub color provided in UD. GENERAL INFO: EMR: Epic – Fingerprinting process must begin within 48 hours of offer acceptance. – All RNs will be required to take and pass a pre assignment Basic and Advanced Dysrhythmia (rhythm Strip) test and RNs should be prepared, passing score is 80%. – NMMC needs complete availability and flexibility with scheduling. This is non-negotiable. – HCP is expected to maintain their contracted position at NMMC as the primary commitment above any other type of work. – 1st week does not have guaranteed hours. – ALL COMPLIANCE DOCS DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE START DATE Requisition Comments and Notes:Orientation 3/25, 4/8, 4/22Baldwyn Long Term Acute Care Facility, RN needed at North Mississippi Medical Center-Baldwyn. 12h days 0645-1908 36hrs per week (Mon, Th, Fri and Tu OR Wed, Sat, Sun) OR 36/48 split (Mon, Th, Fri, and Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun) 100 bed LTAC Facility. Patient care modality: Geriatric/short Term, Post Acute/LTAC/Trach Patients REQUIREMENTS: Minimum two (2) years of LTAC experience required. Strongly prefer 400+bed or level 2 trauma exp. Prior travel experience required but we may be able to screen for strong 1st time travelers. BLS (AHA) required, ACLS preferred.
