Long Term Care facility on site of hospital. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care and other assigned duties. Shift – 8 hour shifts – Varied – including weekends and holidays. Candidate must be flexible – No guarantee of hours or shift preference. Additional Information:Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday. Please do not accept the start date offered if they cannot be there on time.
