Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent *Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive + $5/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside. We admit gestational hypertensives, pre-eclampsia, twins, diabetics, TOLAC’s and all low risk patients. If newborn needs higher level of care, we transfer to the nearest NICU. Special Procedures/Unit Details : We are a 14 bed LDRP and have 1 OR on the unit. We are 1:1 with active labors and 1:3 with postpartum couples. We follow AWHONN staffing standards. We have resuscitation nurses and break nurses. Special Equipment : Screen candidates against track, until we have a Unit description completed, thank you #Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO – 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved . Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO. *Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
