Patient Population. High risk; Number of Beds. 6 Triage rooms/ 10 LDRs/ 3 Operating Rooms/ 3 PACU .Note: EFMThe EFM certification allows the RN to perform NST s (non-stress test).EFM when recertified, the original testing date does not change but there will be a new/updated due date 3 years after the most recent recertification.NCC fetal monitoring (EFM) certification is required by the hospital insurer, MCIC.AWHONN is not acceptable, it needs to be the NCC-EFM certification.
