Fetal monitoring Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Drive to provide highest quality of care to our laboring patients. Ability to support patient choice and promote vaginal birth opportunities specific to patient preference. Advanced skills needed: Spinning babies helpful, STABLE also helpful Procedures performed on unit: circulating in OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, pp hemorrhage- JADA system, nitrous oxide Certifications Required: RN, ACLS, BLS, NRP. Fetal monitoring Dress Code: (Required uniform) Hot pink and black. May wear black on bottom but preferable hot pink on top. We attempt to personalize each birth experience to our patients desires and needs. We perform couplet care in our postpartum unit to allow the newborn to never have to leave the bedside and promote breastfeeding with the additional of donor milk availability when needed. We have an 8 bed level 2 NICU with NNP dedicated to the unit 24/7. NNP available to attend all high risk deliveries when needed.
