A 42 bed expansion is slated to open September 2025 at the West Marion Campus. Currently, five free-standing Emergency Departments reduce time for the community to access care. The hospitals offer a host of other quality and award-winning services includingtrauma services, comprehensive stroke services, bariatric surgery,orthopedic care and joint replacement,robotic surgery,cardiac and vascular servicesincluding open heart surgery and interventional procedures,emergency,neurologicaland rehabilitationservices. HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is also an ACS Level ITrauma Center. Four critical care units have received AACN Beacon Awards for Excellence. The system s outpatient facilities include Family Care Specialists, a primary care network of seven locations throughout Marion County; Advanced Imaging Centers with two locations; a freestandingWound and Hyperbaric Center; aCardiac Rehabillitation; and four surgical and physician specialty practices.
