Must have current New York State license. Must have knowledge of ER and 5 years of current ED experience. Must be crisis evaluators for MH patients within the ED. Must have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). Every other weekend/holiday. MUST have EPIC experience. Will need to complete an on-site ECG exam that is closed book and timed. Study material will be provided. The facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per contract. The unit will not accept travelers from specific counties in NY. Must start by 12/22.Requirements:At least two years of recent experience in the field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment. For additional and specialty-specific requirements, please contact us.Comments:Every other weekend/holiday. Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per contract. MUST START BY 12/22.Notable requirements:County restrictions! Facility physical required. Cost $96. Flu vaccination required. Medical or religious documentation needed 10 days before start.Unit details:The facility has county restrictions. The caregiver cannot reside in specific counties in NY. Candidates that have worked as staff at this facility in the past year or full-time as staff within the AMC network within the past six months will not be considered. CHARTING: EPIC. The caregiver will be required to take an ECG exam upon arrival at the facility. Study material is provided before the start. If the caregiver does not score 85% or higher or misses critical rhythms, the contract may be terminated. This is a timed, closed book exam. Study guide will be sent from the hospital. It is strongly encouraged to review this before the caregiver starts.
