To direct and guide patient teaching, and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current Iowa RN license BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required Experience preferred, but not required HOURS: Monday and Tuesday 6p-6a Pay period: Monday through Sunday. Failure to provide items in their entirety to Human Resources at JCHC could prevent the agency contractor from starting on the agreed-upon contract start date. Resume Two recent employment references Online verification of licensure or certification to include expiration date and any disciplinary actions within 30 days of start date All copies of required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required Immunizations to include: o MMR (Mumps, Rubeola & Rubella) either 2 doses or Positive Titers o Varicella-positive titer or 2 Varicella Vaccines o Polio o Hepatitis B Series, titer or signed declination o Current TDaP Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (dated within 10 years of start) o Flu vaccination required or medical/religious exemption form needed during Flu Season (Oct 1st March 31st) o Negative 2-step Mantoux within 1 year of start or the QuantiFERON Gold – If Positive, must provide proof of positive & chest x-ray results o Proof of physical within 1 year of start date o 10 Panel Drug Screen within 1 month of start date Respiratory Fit Test within 1 year of start date (we can provide RFT if not available) Criminal Background (All states where they hold a professional license and have lived/worked in the past 7 years) within 30 days of start date National &/or State Sex Offender GSA(EPLS) Sam.gov within 30 days of start date OIG-Date within 30 days of start date Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse) Completion of CareLearning education modules (further instructions will be provided by JCHC) Mandatory Reporter will be added to modules if the candidate is not certified.
