On Call/Call Back Requirements: 12 hours in a 6 week period. Response time: 30 Min Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS Minimum Experience: 5 years – must have at least one year of travel experience- FIRM required.Trauma Level II experience required. Charting Experience: EPIC required Unit Information: Trauma level II, 18 bed unit, stroke certified, cardiac, neuro, pediatrics, geriatrics, respiratory, etc. Very face-paced environment. 3-4 pts per nurse. Epic computer charting. Pyxis medication dispenser. RNs draw labs, lab in house, RN does neb treatments. RT in house. Xray staff on site in ED. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely Scrub Colors: any colorContract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hourstravelers can be put on call during the 36 hours of unbillable low census. If called back in, they will have call back pay.GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
