Float: To alike units within skillset. Float to other Aspirus locations with 40 mile radius. Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River. Floating can and will be pre-scheduled if needed. On Call/Call Back: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours Required Certs: WI RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS and ACLS and PALS. Minimum experience: 2+ years ICU Experience. Prior critical access/ Rural experience highly preferred. Peds patients would typically be an occasional pediatric surgical patient (may be ENT or ortho cases) Charting experience: EPIC. No charting exp required. Unit Information (Bed Size, trauma level, patient ratio, etc): 1:2 pt ratio.
