Unit Information:o Beds: 7 Cath Labs? Average daily census:o Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years Cath Lab experience. Prefer to have greater than 1 year of ICU experience, will consider 2-3 yeas of Cardiac Stepdown experience as wello Will you accept a first-time traveler? No? Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:o Mostly adults, rarely patients under the age of 18? Required License, National Certification, Certs:o BLS, ACLS, NIHSSo RCIS or CI preferred, but not required? Skills required:o Monitoring and sedation? Support within the Department:o Nurse Managero Chargeo RT 24/7o Hospitalists 24/7o Intensivists 24/7o NPs and Fellowso Cardiologistso Weekend Crew that does scheduled cases Friday/Saturday, call team for emergency cases ? Technology/Equipment:o EMR: Cernero IV Pump: Alariso Med dispensing: Omnicell o Hemodynamic System: McKessono C-arms: GE and Siemens ? Floating: If yes, where?o Could float over to University Hospital.o Could float to EP Lab? Orientation (facility and unit): o NEOo 4-5 days of department orientation ? Scheduling:o Weekend rotation: call only, see belowo On call?
