Care is primarily provided within the Cardiovascular Lab located on the 4thfloor of the Pruyn Pavilion at Glens Falls Hospital. Staff is available 24/7 for any emergency procedure during off hours, weekends, and holidays. Care is provided through an interdisciplinary team of specialized physicians, registered clinical nurses, registered radiology technologists, and cardiovascular technologists.Positions and immobilizes patient on examining table following specified protocols.Continuous assessment of patient hemodynamics.Performs conscious sedation.Mix and maintain IV/IC infusion and bolus.Alerts Physician to changes in patient responses.Assists Physician in interventional procedures.Recovery of patient to Phase I.Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color – No designs or cartoons.
