Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.This unit provides intensive, comprehensive care and monitoring for patients with serious illness before and/or after surgery.;Night shift, 36 or 48 hours/week, ACLS required. Need cardiovascular with open heart recovery training.
